1. Create a facility
Sign up and add your first facility—e.g. Restroom A, Elevator B. Give it a name, category, and location so your team knows exactly where to go.
2. Get your UtilTag QR
Define what visitors can report (e.g. Needs cleaning, Broken fixture). The system generates a unique QR code for that facility. Download as PNG or PDF.
3. Place the QR and respond
Print and place the UtilTag at the location. When someone scans and submits an issue, you see it on your dashboard and can notify your team via Telegram.
